1. About FlowLux & Our Business Model

FlowLux (“FlowLux,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online retail store that advertises and sells LED red light therapy face masks and related wellness products.

FlowLux is a reseller / drop-shipping business. We purchase products from third-party suppliers and warehouses located in the United States and resell them to customers through our website. FlowLux does not manufacture, assemble, or produce the masks itself, and does not own, operate, or control the warehouses or suppliers that store, fulfill, or ship the products.

FlowLux is not a registered limited liability company (LLC) or incorporated entity. Any references to investors, backers, or “venture capital” refer to private individuals who have chosen to remain anonymous and who do not participate in the day-to-day operation of the business. No investor identity, endorsement, or affiliation is represented or implied to the public.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use this site or place an order. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Products, Descriptions, Pricing & Availability

We strive to describe and display products accurately; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, pricing, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. Product images may be illustrative and originate from suppliers or manufacturers of the same product.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, discounts, “compare-at” prices, stock levels, and release dates are estimates for marketing purposes and may not reflect a specific prior selling price. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or cancel quantities purchased.

4. Orders, Payment & Order Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. A confirmation does not constitute our acceptance; a contract is formed only when we ship the product.

You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and fees. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party warehouses and suppliers. Shipping times, including any “free 5-day shipping” or similar estimates, are approximations and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, supplier stock, or other events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds & 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions communicated at checkout or upon request. To initiate a return, contact us at team@flowlux.co. Products may need to be returned in accordance with our instructions; certain items, shipping charges, or restocking fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we or our supplier receive and verify the returned item.

7. Reviews, Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

The reviews, ratings, testimonials, star scores, and “before & after” or results content displayed on our website generally relate to the same or substantially similar red light therapy mask sold by other companies, warehouses, or suppliers (including overseas suppliers) that have previously sold this product. These are real reviews from real individuals, but those individuals are not necessarily customers of FlowLux, and the reviews were not necessarily generated through a purchase from FlowLux.

Any results, statistics, percentages, or outcomes described reflect the experiences of other users and companies and are not a promise, guarantee, or representation of the results you will achieve. Individual results vary and depend on many factors. Nothing on the site should be interpreted as a guarantee of any specific outcome.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlowLux and its owners, operators, investors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or our products will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court, on an individual basis only. YOU AND FLOWLUX WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

You may opt out of this arbitration provision by notifying us in writing at team@flowlux.co within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Nothing prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court for qualifying claims.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FlowLux principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the site with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlowLux regarding the site and supersede prior agreements.
